In One Solution uses Australia Post eparcel for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours. Please contact us if you would like to give Australia Post authority to leave the parcel at your address.

Authority to Leave (ATL): Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by placing a short note, such as; ‘Please leave order if not home’, in the order comments section found on our checkout page.

Australia Post Safe Drop: Tracking notifications now provide you the option of Safe Drop where the order will be left in the Safe Drop location specified unless, in the judgement of the carrier, it is exposed to passers-by or the weather, in which the parcel will be carded for a Post Office collection.

Please Note:
By choosing ATL, we will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is borne by the customer

We do not offer international shipping.

Most orders will be despatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed (and sometimes even the same day you place the order). The weight limit for Australia Post is 22kg and orders that weigh more than this cannot be shipped.

Free standard shipping is available anywhere within Australia for orders over $199 and under 3kg.

Delivery time will depend on where you are, in relation to our warehouse as we are based in Carlingford, Sydney, NSW. The following are estimated delivery times once your order has been fulfilled and left our warehouse. These are only estimates and are dependent on mail services in your area.

Allow 1-3 business days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).

Back order:

We will inform the customer on the order ETA in case an ordered item is temporarily out of stock

Pick up or collection:

Pick up or collection is also available from our Carlingford, NSW store (Shop 4/500 North Rocks Road Carlingford, Sydney NSW, 2118). Please select “Pickup from store” as the shipping method during the normal online checkout process if you would like to do this. There are no shipping or handling fees payable for “Pickup from store” orders. We will contact you once your order has been assembled and is ready for collection. Orders cannot be collected prior to you receiving notification from us that the order is ready to collect. All orders must be paid for in full prior to the order being made available for collection.

Product shipping weights may be different to the net weight of an individual products contents. Shipping weight includes the net weight of the product and any associated packing material such as boxes, plastic containers, void fill etc.

The total shipping charge will be displayed at checkout prior to you submitting any payment information.

Transit Cover:

We recommend choosing Transit Cover on all forms of delivery. This will allow you to be compensated if there is any direct loss or damage arising out of the mis-delivery, delayed delivery or failure to deliver the order, or any damage to the goods in delivery. If Transit Cover is not chosen In One Solutions will not be liable for any loss or damage.
